Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to the participation in the testo 550i promo 2022 ("Promo").

The Organizer of the promo is Testo SMI Sdn Bhd, 100.3.017, 129 Offices, Block J, Jaya One, No 72A, Jalan Profesor Diraja Ungku Aziz, Seksyen 13, 46200, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
The object of the promo is the granting of a cost-free give-away with the purchase of one of the Testo measuring instrument kits testo 550i or testo 550i Smart Kit ("promo instruments") and the subsequent sending in a copy of the invoice.
The promo is open to all Malaysian citizen, age 18 and above, residing in Malaysia only ("Eligible Participants"). Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates and/or related companies and their next of kin, are excluded from participation.
In order to participate in the promo, the participant must purchase a promo instrument from a participating distributor in Malaysia, in the period from 1st April 2022 to 30th September 2022, whether in his/her own name or on behalf of a company. A copy of the invoice for the promo instrument must be submitted by 31st of October 2022. Limit RM100 AEON cash voucher per purchase of promo instrument.
After a successful eligibility check, every participant receives a give-away RM100 worth AEON cash voucher. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the give-away item with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The Organizer sends the give-away to the participant by post. Eligibility for the give-away is non-transferrable.
The Organizer is not liable for any damages which occur in the course of the implementation of the promo, unless the Organizer or his/her agent has caused the damage through gross negligence or intention, or has violated a contractual (cardinal) obligation. In the case of slight violation of cardinal obligations, the liability of the Organizer is limited to predictable, contractually typical damages. Liability in the case of culpable damage to life, body or health due to malicious concealment of defects is unaffected. Liability according to the product liability legislation is unaffected.
The data from the participants recorded in the framework of the promo will be recorded, stored and used for the implementation of the promo. Testo SMI Sdn Bhd reserves the right to at any time, change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations including the mechanism of the promo at its absolute discretion.
