Return & Refund Policy

Opus T shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes to return and refund,

 

  1. Please send an email to our customers service at info.opust@gmail.com with the message title “Request to Return” within seven (7) working days upon receiving the Products, stated the order number and reason to return.

  2. We will contact the Customer within seven (7) working days after receipt of the email to direct the Customer of the procedures in respect of the return of Products and refund.

  3. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us through whatsapp on our mobile +6016-3651110 for immediate attention.

  4. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Opus T is not be responsible for shipment damaged or lost during the return process.

  5. Once we have checked and confirmed the condition of the returned goods/products, customer will received their refund within seven (7) working days.
